What makes CHOOKS different?

First and foremost, it is the people who work at CHOOKS fresh & tasty that separate us from any other chicken franchise. We choose our franchisees very carefully and we know that our franchisees choose us the same way. This same policy flows on through our team(some of whom have become franchisees and now run their own business).

There is a natural affinity between the people who choose to work together at CHOOKS fresh & tasty, regardless of nationality. We all appreciate the value in calling a spade a spade and being honest in our dealings with each other. As a franchise group we tend to operate in a more democratic way than many larger organisations and this has proven to be a great strength to us.

Secondly, it is the way that we cook our chicken that is the key to our success. We offer a variety of both bbq and fried chicken. In surveys our customers have told us that they find our chicken more ‘tender', ‘juicier' and 'yummier' than chicken they have tasted elsewhere.

Our franchisee and team member training programmes are based on a commitment to customer quality at all costs. Our Cheif Chook has many years experience in the industry and knows first hand how to cook a chicken. This level of experience is passed on to everyone who works at CHOOKS
