There's only one word in our great Australian lingo that means chicken and it's "CHOOKS." Just like CHOOKS fresh & tasty. It's a name that immediately tells you what you're going to get - plump, juicy, tender chicken that's uniquely Australian and with a choice of fried or barbecued chicken that the other chains simply can't match. And our range of sides is quite special too.
Who wants tasty? You'll find it right here whether you're after a rippa meal or an equally great franchised business opportunity that's growing in leaps and bounds.

CHOOKS fresh & tasty had its start on the sunny, windswept shores of Western Australia and we now have stores in Queensland and Tasmania. Astute investors who "know a good thing when they taste it" are purchasing CHOOKS fresh & tasty franchises and we currently looking for someone to make the feathers fly for us in all states if Australia.

You'll also find something else uniquely different about CHOOKS and that's our corporate culture.

We decided some time ago to eschew the traditional and often stuffy formalities of most corporate environments and focus on our people and what encourages and motivates them to propel CHOOKS to the forefront of our industry. So in 2007 we overhauled our company's internal culture and values, changed the name of our head office to "The Encouragement Centre" and our managing director's title to the instantly disarming ‘Chief Chook.'
